Lets walk through an impact installation
of a typical garage door... |

First measure the opening.

Then unpack the contents of the CAT-5 kit.

Now, measure the fabric to fit your installation.

Drill holes. 12" o.c. for Large missile impact

set caulk-in anchors

Repeat for slab installation

Tap in the shield

Install the fabric - direct mount to above

The bottom will be installed with the included rope.

Stitch rope using our Product Approved Pattern.

Loop, double back,

Then over to the next eyelit. 12" on center to slab, 6" to grommets

Pull tight and tie off. You're done!

Cut the fabric as needed for custom installations

Once cut, the fabric is as strong as the originally purchased netting

Use the patent pending clamps to create a connection point wherever you cut the fabric. Some are included in the net kit, others can be purchased separately. Glue the clamps to the net if you plan on keeping them there while stored or if you plan to keep the net deployed year-round.

Before removing the netting, mark each piece so as to easily put it up next time.

Here's another unique feature of the net. Roll it up when not in use for easy, instant deployment

Put it up well in advance of a storm, leave it up for the summer!

The CAT-5 net stores easily in the included storage bag. Hang 1-5 or 10 of them in your garage, or easily put in your attic

Use the extra cut piece of netting to cover other vulnerable areas of your house, such as these AC units. They're 'sitting ducks' without the proection of the net!
